At Team Zeus, we offer the opportunity to new customers to take part in one of our online demonstrations to learn how to use our application, so they can easily find their way around the platform.

To participate in one of our demonstrations, visit our website and go on our “Book a demo” page. Then, fill in the online booking form with your contact details and indicate what method of contact you would like us to use in order for us to agree a date and time with you for the demo (phone or email).

Our demonstrations take place using GoToMeeting, a screen-sharing application. Once the date and time of the event is scheduled, a member of our staff will send you a calendar invite, which will contain a link to the upcoming online event on the GoToMeeting app.

You will have to click on the link to attend the event online on the day and at the time of the demo, without the need for you to create a GoToMeeting account. All you need is a computer with Internet connection, as well as a microphone and some speakers (VoIP) – a headset is recommended for a higher quality of the call.

After joining the session, GoToMeeting will let you pick your preferred audio option: computer audio or phone call. The computer audio option will automatically detect and use your microphone and speakers. If you would like to listen to the demo on your phone, you can call the phone number which is featured in the calendar invite you received and you will have to dial in the access code that is in the same email.

Alternatively, if you are not at your computer, you can join the meeting from your iPhone, iPad, Android or Windows phone device via the GoToMeeting app.

When you are all set, a small window will open and the screen of our demonstrator will be shown on your own device, displaying the Team Zeus app.

During 10 minutes on average, our presenter will give you a full tour around the Team Zeus platform, showing you every single feature in action. He will leave you a few minutes at the end to ask questions to ensure that you fully understand how the application works.

If you would like your entire team to attend the demonstration, GoToMeeting is fit for purpose as it allows up to 100 participants. Simply, give our customer representatives the email addresses of your colleagues when they contact you to arrange the demo. An email will be sent afterwards to all the attendees with the link to the online meeting.

On the other hand, you can ask our team when you book the demonstration to record it, so your team can watch it after.
