Change your status
There are five different settings of user status: online – away – not available – vacation – offline. From which only 3 can be set manually by a user, the other two (away & offline) are set automatically.
In the top right-hand corner, click your name and select the status you desire. When your status is set as on “Vacation” or “Not Available”, you have to set a return date and time.

  • If you set your status to Not Available then you won’t receive any desktop notifications, so you can focus your attention on important work.
  • Your status is automatically changed to Away when you are idle for more than 10 minutes.
  • After 60 minutes of no activity, your status will change to offline (in case the application is still open but you leave your desk, for example).
